Gregor Bernd, a trained winemaker with a background in oenology, has already made a name for himself with a successful wine bar in Frankfurt, which he ran for five years. Now, he embarks on the next chapter of his life – his own boutique vinoteque, under the new brand Gregor’s.
The vision is to create a unique wine bar that serves as a special retreat for wine lovers. Set in a distinctive ambiance, it offers a vast selection of carefully curated wines from a wide range of grape varieties, regions, and winemakers, all staying true to the concept of terroir. The goal is to transform the world of wine into a captivating experience.
In collaboration with interior designer Joshua Lux, we have developed a unique wine concept, materializing in a 260-square-meter vinoteque space featuring over 300 carefully selected wines and champagnes. Uncompromising quality in every glass is the unwavering focus.
The result is a visual representation of the brand identity manifested within a captivating space that beckons visitors to explore the world of wine. The wine bar presents itself as a destination where guests can immerse themselves in the fascinating realm of wine. The spatial design reflects the brand’s aesthetics, creating an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and inviting. The selection of materials, color palette, and lighting has been thoughtfully chosen to underscore the unique character of the wines and the philosophy of Gregor’s.
